Raksmey Hong Heng, a fourth grade student at Korki Primary School, rode his bike along the national road after leaving school on 18 July 2013. He was hit from behind by a speeding motorbike, causing him to fall on the road. He suffered scratches on his legs and hands, but his head was unharmed because he wore a helmet.
