Phal Phada, a fifth grade student at Vorsar Primary School, was riding to the pagoda with his mother on April 15, 2013 when a motorcycle crashed into them. Phada and his mother were both wearing helmets and were protected from head injury. Phada shared his story with his friends to help them understand why it is important to keep your head safe by wearing helmet.
