Long Border, age 25, an English student from Panha Cheat University, was hit by a speeding motorcycle along the way to school in October 2012. He was seriously injured and could not attend class. However, he was wearing a helmet, so that he did not suffer head injury. He said, “I have to wear helmet every time whether I am a driver or passenger. Meanwhile, I also encourage my family members to wear helmet when they travel by motorcycle to far or near places.”.
