Loek Chen, a teacher at Sampov Mean Primary School, drove his motorcycle to pick up his child from school when an oversized load on a truck hit him on the head, causing him to fall in February 2010. Fortunately, he wore a helmet, so while he did have a concussion and some scratches, his life was protected. Today he still suffers headaches. Chen shared his story with his colleagues to spread awareness of the importance of wearing helmets.
